“The King David Report” is a novel written by Stefan Heym and published by Lyle Stuart in 1980. The book is a work of fiction and is the first US edition. It tells the story of a powerful, absorbing novel set in contemporary East Berlin thats focuses on two men hospitalized together, writer Hans Collin and political leader Wilhelm Urack, whose ideologies conflict as antagonistically as their passions for the physicians attending them. The condition of the book is good, with mild foxing and tanning. The dust jacket is also in good condition, with some shelf wear. There is an inscription on the front page and had a remainder mark.
